Contact Design is a user research organization that partners with leading healthcare companies to improve the way people experience and interact with their products. We’re currently working in collaboration with Ipsos, a world leader in human factors research, on a new solution.
We’re inviting patients, caregivers, and HCPs to join paid in-person interviews for a non-clinical research study to evaluate a medical device and its accompanying materials on behalf of a pharmaceutical company.
Please note: The device being evaluated is non-invasive and does not contain any medication or drug.
The purpose of this study is to collect feedback about the design and comfort of the medical device from representative users. We are very interested in your feedback. All information about you will be kept strictly confidential as allowed by law.

Duration: 60-90 minutes
Compensation: $200 for caregivers, $250 for patients, $375 for HCPs
