The responsibility for selecting and employing a child care provider rests solely with the parent or guardian. LOCATE: Child Care cannot guarantee the quality of any provider in its database and strongly encourages caregivers to interview providers and check references before placing a child in care. A referral from LOCATE does not constitute an endorsement or recommendation.
