2015 Wage & Benefits Sruvey

Dear Business Leaders,

To help determine our region's median wages, as they relate to state and national wage tables, we are asking for your CONFIDENTIAL and candid participation in the 2015 Wage & Benefits Survey.

This survey is being conducted with numerous employers to determine pay levels, benefits, and merit increases for specific job categories for the purpose of comparability. Your information will help us assess wage and benefits data and will aid in providing useful information to attract, support and retain employees and businesses.

Your contact information is not required, and all individual responses will be kept confidential.  The overall results of the survey will be averaged and will be published on the CEP website (www.OcalaCEP.com) later this year.  Should you choose to share your contact information at the end of the survey, a summary of the survey will be sent to you individually.  The information collected will provide a benchmark for compensation levels in Marion County.
