CELF national contemporary art gallery for Wales has been created as a dispersed model to deliver on a number of goals in the future, including – 1) widening the audience base for contemporary art, 2) displaying more of the contemporary art held in the national collection, and 3) using this medium to inspire people, and improve health and wellbeing.
