Introduction

The Northwest NM Council of Governments (COG) is updating the region's economic development strategy (CEDS) and is starting with a comprehensive analysis of the previous CEDS, its strategies, and documenting outcomes aligned with the CEDS. This update will be the start for a new CEDS that will be completed in 2025.

We realize that your organization may not be the lead or responsible for outcomes related to each strategy, but we want you to think and answer based on what you know has happened as you likely have your finger on the pulse of your community. The period of time to reflect and pull examples from is the last 5 years.
