Greater Lowell Stronger Together: Public Comment

NMCOG is undergoing a Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy (CEDS) planning process. This economic development planning process is designed to enable the region to become more resilient, prosperous, and competitive. The five-year plan, Greater Lowell Stronger Together, will be a framework for Northern Middlesex Council of Governments (NMCOG), its member municipalities, institutions, agencies, nonprofits, and the private business sector to work together toward these goals. It will support grant applications, guide priorities, and define the ways we can measure our progress.

This form is designed to collect public feedback, big or small, on the draft plan. Please provide your feedback by Monday, June 30, 5:00 pm.
