St. Louis REALTORS® Community Engagement Committee seeks partnerships with other organizations to enhance the quality of housing and home-ownership in St. Louis and St. Louis County, and engages in meaningful projects that further the mission of the organization and/or align with the purpose of the St. Louis REALTORS® Foundation.

Eligibility
Financially stable and efficient 501(c)(3) organizations operating within the State of Missouri are eligible for grant consideration provided they meet the evaluation criteria below.
Evaluation
Applicants will be evaluated on the following:
· Each request must meet the mission of the St. Louis REALTORS® Community Engagement Committee.
· Each request should be made 90 days prior to request for volunteers or donation deadline.
· The community need for this grant, as well as the number of people it will serve.
· The location of the community served.
· The financial soundness and efficiency of the organization.
· The structure of volunteer organization and level of volunteer support.
· Accuracy and completeness of the application.
Checklist
The application must be completed and sent with the following:
· A list of the applicant organization’s Board of Directors / Executive Staff.
· The contact information of at least three partner organizations that may be contacted as references.
· Annual budget with year-to-date financial statements.
· An IRS tax-exempt determination letter.
· Statement(s) identifying the · Relationship you or the requesting organization may have with the St. Louis REALTORS®.
