The Workforce & Leadership Development Committee (WLDC) develops strategies that will benefit how state Title V staff carries out their daily duties. One area of interest is teleworking. There is a substantial amount of literature on general telework and the effectiveness of telework policies. WLDC is seeking to capture the state Title V/MCH programs that utilize telework and its effectiveness as well as states that do not utilize telework to draft a one pager/fact sheet on telework policies, potential benefits/barriers to implementation, and relevant state examples.
