With over 3 decades of experience as Founder and Chairman/CEO of Gavroshe (Data & AI Consulting), as well as 5 years in the C-Suite of TD Ameritrade (as the first Chief Data Officer), I help CEOs and their teams understand what AI will actually do for their business, and I fix failing or stalled data/AI projects, ensuring that appropriate organizational capabilities are cultivated to sustain the business value realized from these initiatives.

I am a founding member of MIT's International Society for Chief Data Officers, and the annual MIT CDOIQ Symposium.

I am a regular speaker at global conferences on business strategies for the use of Data, Analytics and AI, and I teach classes on these topics as an Adjunct Professor (UALR, UTD, TCU, CDOCert.org, and technologytransfer.it).

I am a host on the CDOMagazine.tech online CDO Interview Series.

I co-authored the book "DW 2.0: The Architecture for the Next Generation of Data Warehousing" with William H. Inmon and Genia Neushloss (2008).
