Cook County Community Survey

The Offices Under the President (hereafter referred to as “Cook County Government”) is engaging in a strategic planning process and identifying priorities for our work moving forward over the next four years. As we build our strategic plan, we wanted to provide residents of Cook County an opportunity to give us feedback. We want to know what matters most to you and for you to know that we are listening. This survey will be the first of several opportunities to provide feedback during the planning process. This confidential and anonymous survey should take less than 10 minutes.

For the purposes of completing this survey, please note that the Offices Under President are overseen by President Preckwinkle and are comprised of six bureaus: Administration, Asset Management, Economic Development, Finance, Human Resources and Technology; as well as the departments of the Justice Advisory Council, Auditor, Administrative Hearings, Human Rights and Ethics and the Secretary to the Board of Commissioners.
