Introduction
Thank you for participating in this survey about Fort FAM, a new outdoor park area at the Children’s Museum of Sonoma County (CMOSC) planned to open in 2023. When answering the following questions, we encourage you to refer to the site plan and reference images found on our website (https://www.cmosc.org/fort-fam-expansion/). Please involve any children in the discussion and answers. Everyone's input is very important.
Our goal is to engage all age groups, including youth, seniors, and families in the design of the new space. Getting a diverse range of perspectives is key to designing a park that meets a broad range of needs. We are especially interested in feedback from residents that live within a half mile radius or a convenient walking distance of CMOSC.
