The New Hampshire Public Health Association (NHPHA) eagerly awaits your nominations and applications for the prestigious 2024 Public Health Awards. The esteemed award recipients will be celebrated at the Membership Annual Meeting, a grand event to be held at the McAuliffe-Shepard Discovery Center in Concord on April 16, 2024.

Submitting your nomination is a breeze! Please complete the Award Nomination online form by March 7th, 2024.

Nominations typically require a candidate’s name, complete contact information, biographical information, and qualifications for the award and/or history of service.

We are dedicated to increasing the diversity and inclusion within our public health community. As part of this effort, we highly encourage nominations for individuals from historically underrepresented groups in the public health field.
