Access 4 All: Vision

4% of survey complete.
Access 4 All Spokane wants to know what is important to local people that are blind or experience low vision, when it comes to accessibility and 'disability friendly' customer service.

We will use this information as we build a website directory and mobile app to showcase places in the Spokane area that have made the commitment -- in terms of thoughtfulness, training, and often financial investment -- to be accessible and welcoming. We believe this will help us to know which places to support (by spending our money there, for instance) while encouraging other places to follow their examples.

This survey focuses on places where people meet to eat and drink, such as restaurants, cafes, bars, and coffee shops.

You will not be asked for your name or any other identifying information. At the end of the survey, we will provide contact information if you would like to learn more about Access 4 All Spokane, and perhaps join our team in this exciting venture.

Note: If you are are a family member, care provider, friend or advocate, please answer the questions with input from -- or considering the point of view of -- the person you know that experiences the disability.
