Community Development Block Grant Stakeholder Survey

The City of Jefferson must prepare a Consolidated Plan every five years that outlines the City's plans for the use of U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Developement (HUD) grants in infrastructure, housing, public services, homelessness and economic development. Projects must principally benefit low-moderate income persons.

The City will use this survey to help identify funding priorities for the Community Development Block Grant program from 2019 to 2023. The City anticipates it will receive approximately $250,000 for each year.

Your participation in this survey enables the City of Jefferson to prioritize its HUD funding.  We encourage you to share this survey with others in the community, neighborhood organizations, business owners, service providers, non-profits, faith-based organizations, education, etc.  A residential survey is also available at www.jeffersoncitymo.gov/government/redevelopment_and_grants/plans.php.
