City of Deerfield Beach Community & Fair Housing Needs Survey

The City of Deerfield Beach is required to submit a Five-Year (2025-2029) Consolidated Plan, Annual Action Plan, and Analysis of Impediments to Fair Housing Choice (AI) to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) in order to receive federal grant funds under the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program.

This year, we are preparing the second year Annual Action Plan for FY2026-2027; which under the Consolidated Plan continues to set the City's strategic objectives to address housing and community development needs through HUD funding. The Annual Action Plan outlines how the City will spend the funds it receives annually from HUD. The Analysis of Impediments to Fair Housing Choice is a tool for identifying barriers to fair housing and determining strategies for addressing those barriers. Your participation in this survey enables the City to prioritize its HUD funding. YOUR RESPONSES ARE COMPLETELY ANONYMOUS.
