Pediatric CRPS Study Eligibility

Thank you for your interest in this study. If you are the parent of a child with CRPS, please answer this survey on behalf of your child to determine their study eligibility. If you have been diagnosed with CRPS and are interested in joining our study, please answer the following questions to determine your eligibility.
