State of Citizen Services (Smart City Projects) in India 2019

Smart City Projects envision delivery of a lot of citizen services online or digitally. This includes communication, updates and alerts to citizens as well as citizens being able to reach the governing bodies through a variety of channels. This survey tries to assess the current readiness and thoughts of different entities and professionals involved in implementing citizen services in India, under the aegis of Smart City Projects being implemented in 100 Smart Cities.
