Background
I have been an Executive Coach for over 20 years, and developer of people for more than three decades. During my career I have acquired a lot of expertise and experience, and now in the 3rd3rd of my life and career, a bit of wisdom.
I would like to share some of this wisdom with others in a creative way - like those who may be starting out on their coaching journey, those working as internal coaches within an organisation, or those running their own independent coaching practice.
My vision for The Coaches' Corner is that it is a place where coaches can meander with a cuppa, root around in the materials on offer, source what they need, stop for a natter, share ideas, join the book-club, and ultimately improve their own coaching craft through pragmatic and best practice, school of hard-knocks methods.
The courses, sources and resources that I will collect and contain in this virtual bookshop could be delivered as part of mentoring, books, articles, Paper Coaches, webinars, workshops, e-books, and of course coaching. I will showcase others too, signpost good practice and create a place of mutual support.
Therefore, I am keen to know if this is a bookshop you would visit, and what would be most useful, and in what form.
