CCSD 59 Superintendent Search Survey

The Board of Education welcomes your input as we begin our search for a new superintendent for Community Consolidated School District 59 . The School Exec Connect search firm will use the information gathered from Focus Groups, Open Forums, and this survey to create a profile of our next leader.

All responses are anonymous, confidential, and are set up to go directly to the School Exec Connect consultants. The survey results will be reported on the District website after November 9, 2020.

We request that each person respond only once to this survey. The survey is designed to allow only one response per device. The survey will be available through November 6.
