Crawford County Public Health is starting to develop our next Strategic Plan for 2026-2028. Our Strategic Plan will help define our purpose, direction, and the guiding principles for our agency.

We are asking community members (those who live and/or work in Crawford County) to complete this short, 10-minute survey. This information will help guide us as we consider services, programs, and policies that will benefit the community.
