Lamb Arts Creative Change Maker Application Form

Lamb Arts’ Creative Change Makers Program is a teen leadership program that spurs community change through creative action. We work with students to help each meet their personal leadership potential, at the same time the group comes together to create a unique family that undertakes local community service initiatives that hold meaning to them.

Please note that you must be a current 9th through 11th grade student in Hopewell City Public Schools.
This program is offered to students free of charge thanks to a generous gift from the John Randolph Foundation.
