The Conway Collegiate Leadership Institute prepares high-achieving college juniors, seniors, and graduate students to enter the workforce or pursue further education through a semester long fellowship. A fellow will graduate from the program having received:
 
·Experiential learning that focuses on personal and professional development and career education
·Opportunities to develop meaningful connections with area employers, community leaders and fellowship classmates
·A broadened sense of community involvement and outlets for leadership service
·Mentorship, internship and/or career opportunities post-graduation in the Conway area 
·$300 stipend paid upon program completion  
 
Fellows are pre-selected through a formal screening process facilitated by Conway Area Chamber of Commerce leadership and faculty/staff from Central Baptist College, Hendrix College, and the University of Central Arkansas. A cohort consists of 25-40 students each spring and fall semester.
 
Applications for the Spring Semester are due February 13th
Fellows will be notified of their acceptance by February 14th
