Thank you for assessing your experience with Indiana Library Federation. By completing this survey, you will help us enhance the member experience, as prioritized in the 2020 ILF Work Plan.

Indiana Library Federation relies on its members and non-member supporters to carry out our mission to lead, educate and advocate to advance library services for the benefit of Indiana residents. Since March 16, ILF staff worked around the clock to support the entire IN library community, regardless of membership. Beginning in June, ILF will begin to limit certain services to members. Personal and Institutional Membership has become even more important to ILF during the pandemic, as
1) together with members we create the new normal for Indiana's libraries,
2) member leaders carry out the work to advance libraries, and
3) about three-fourths of ILF's annual budget revenues are derived from personal and institutional members (memberships and conference revenues). Thank you in advance for your thoughtful responses about your member experience.
