We will discuss Bryan Stevenson’s book, Just Mercy: A Story of Justice and Redemption (https://justmercy.eji.org) and the health implications of institutional racism. Panelists will include Lacy Johnson Ph.D., assistant professor of English, Rice University; Sebastian Johnson, J.D., Criminal Justice Manager, Arnold Ventures; Ricardo Nuila, M.D., associate professor of internal medicine, Baylor College of Medicine; and Marc Robinson, M.D., assistant professor of internal medicine, Baylor College of Medicine.
