Thank you for your interest in being a Climate Change and Health Champion! As a health provider, you play a vital role in protecting the health of your community, especially in an era of climate change. The California Medical Association Foundation, the Network of Ethnic Physician Organizations and the Center for Climate Change and Health are partnering to provide training and support for Climate Change and Health Champions. As a Champion, you will educate your community about how climate change is affecting their health and what can be done to reduce this impact. We will assist you by preparing written materials and presentations, providing coaching and offering media and advocacy training.
