Whether in a traditional school setting, or online, you are required to attend school every day and conduct yourself in a respectful, appropriate manner.
Notify Scott of ANY absences. An appropriate note excusing the absence must be provided to the school attendance office within 48 hours.
For any subject you are failing, or in danger of failing, you must meet with teacher(s) to create a realistic plan for getting caught up in class.
Attend all assigned SKORE group meetings/classes.
Complete all assigned tasks/activities on the SKOREcard.
Absolutely no alcohol, other drugs, or any tobacco products is permitted.
When instructed, participate in random drug screening.
Check the SKORE Bartow website on a regular basis for updates.
 

Parent

Make sure your child attends school daily.  It is your responsibility to ensure your child(ren) have transportation to school each day.
Notify Scott of ANY absences. An appropriate note excusing the absence must be provided to the school attendance office within 48 hours of the absence.
Participate in Parenting Classes and/or a Parent Support Group.
For any subject your child is failing, or in danger of failing, you must meet with teacher(s) to create a realistic plan for getting him/her caught up in class.
Contact any resource(s) you are referred to – within 3 days and be seen for appointment within 10 days.
Agree to check www.skorebartow.com and/or Facebook for regular SKORE updates.
Alert SKORE with any changes to your contact information (new cell, etc.)
Parent agrees they will NOT withdraw their child from school without SKORE approval.
Make sure your child attends all assigned SKORE support group meetings.
SKORE will be pulling school attendance on every student daily. Absences from school must be EXCUSED (parent note, medical note, or court note). Once a student has 3 Unexcused Absences, a SANCTION will be issued.
Ensure your child has completed their community service hours. Failure to do so will result in the parent receiving the same number of hours assigned to the child.
Have regular, ongoing conversations and/or meetings with Scott (at least weekly).
 

Failure to comply with these expectations listed above will result in any/all of the following SANCTIONS including termination from the program:
Community Service Hours (youth and/or parent/guardian) and/or Written Assignments
Court-ordered sanctions and/or Fines
