Public Comment on 5 Year Plan

The DD Councils focus on creating programs and advocating for policy that empowers individuals with developmental disabilities and allows them to participate as an equal member of society. Each State's council must operate under a 5 year plan which is federally approved. CCDD would like to hear from Kentuckians regarding the goals and objectives the Council has come up with to focus on the next 5 years. Please find a comment box under each goal section to record any thoughts you may have. At the end of the survey you will find a comment box to share anything else you would like the council to consider.
