The Ontario Water Works Association (OWWA) Distribution Committee previously published the Frozen Water Services Information Document.

The purpose of this survey is to assess the need for and to guide updates to this document based on feedback from Ontario municipalities. Your participation in the survey is entirely voluntary. You may choose not to participate. If you decide to participate in this survey, you may withdraw at any time.
The online survey will take approximately 10 minutes to complete. Your responses will remain confidential and we do not collect identifying information such as your name, email address or IP address.

At the conclusion of the survey, you will be asked if you wish to share any additional information with the OWWA Distribution Committee about post-emergency practices. Should you choose to participate in that portion of the project, your contact information will then be requested.

If you have any questions about the survey or information document, please contact waterinfo@owwa.ca.
