As WellSouth aims to support general practice to deliver high quality healthcare across Otago and Southland, we want to improve our understanding of primary care professional development, including for practice managers, administration nurses, nurse practitioners, health improvement practitioners, health care assistants, and health coaches.
The survey has a total of 12 questions and will take around 5 minutes to complete.
Collection and storage of information
This survey does not request personal or identifiable information. Your responses will be stored securely and will only be accessed by people involved in analysing data collected. The information will only be used for the purpose for which it is being gathered. A summary will be made available to respondents and will also be shared with local and national health organisations and to support advocacy for primary care.
