The Crohn's & Colitis Foundation offers education and support resources for patients and their loved ones with inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) including Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis. We would like to learn about your needs and preferences as we seek to grow our online community, and develop resources that would continue to help patients and loved ones feel supported, educated, and engaged.
