Independent Assessment of Accreditation Services

Dear Participant,

Quality Council of India (QCI) is conducting an independent survey of the Management Systems Certification Bodies operating in India, whether accredited or not accredited with NABCB. 

The objective of this survey is to understand the certification body perspective and perception on accreditation services being provided by NABCB and use it to improve and streamline NABCB processes and services to changing market needs.

 

This is a self-initiative of National Accreditation Board for Certification Bodies (NABCB) to further strengthen quality to 125 crores citizen of India. Your role as a certification body and further certification to different industry and services, which ultimately services the citizen is therefore very important. 

 
This survey is independently conducted by pManifold, a specialised customer research company. The survey will take about 10 minutes of your time. The findings from this survey will only be reported in aggregate manner and no individual responses will be mentioned. All responses collected will be kept strictly confidential. A summary report of the survey shall also be shared with all respondents.
