Columbarium Suggestions

The following survey is to help me fill out a memorial-type build in minecraft with names!
Whether your submission is in memory of a loved one, or a silly reference or pun does not matter. However, I ask that you honestly answer the 1st question so that submitted names honoring loved ones are not next to names like Bundy Wabbit or Sir Pente.
1.What is the inspiration behind the name you're submitting?(Required.)
2.What name would you like on a Columbarium-style epitaph? It will be written on a Minecraft sign, so assume around 14 letters per line.(Required.)
3.Some Fun Flavor text- this could be the years you 'd like marked as their lifespan, a short quote, a fun fact about the deceased, etc. Be aware that what you answer may be edited for space on the sign!
