Purpose
The Provincial Advisory Circle (PAC) addresses systemic racism and discrimination within the healthcare system. The PAC strengthens accountability by reviewing information related to systemic racism and discrimination, identifying themes and patterns with broader organizational impact. The Advisory Circle also recommends equitable remedies and supports follow-up actions.
