Last year, the Cape Breton Partnership, Cape Breton University, NSCC, and Nova Scotia Works partnered to host the first ever Cape Breton – Unama’ki Summer Job Expo at Cape Breton University. It was a resounding success with over 30 companies represented, 400 job-seekers, and over 250 vacant seasonal full-time/part-time positions were available. In addition, an Inverness County Job Expo was also held with 19 companies represented and 70 job seekers in attendance.
As such, planning for the 2020 Cape Breton – Unama’ki Summer Job Expo Series is underway. Our hope is that your organization will be available to join us at one or all of these events.
In advance, below is a short survey to understand your needs so we can better organize each event tailored to meet your recruitment targets. Deadline to submit responses is Monday, March 16, 2020.
