Children's Aid Society of Toronto (CAS of Toronto) is committed to providing the highest quality service. Understanding the experiences of youth (aged 12-25) and parents/caregivers is important in helping us plan, deliver and improve services, as well as helping us better understand the impact of the service provided. What was helpful? What was not?
This survey focuses on youth who are/were in the care of CAS of Toronto, youth who live/lived at home with their family &/or kin and received CAS of Toronto services, and parents/caregivers who receive/received child welfare services from CAS of Toronto.
The survey takes approximately 10 minutes to complete and your participation is voluntary. Questions marked with an asterisk (*) cannot be skipped.
Current and former youth in care helped create the survey questions. We analyze the responses four times a year. Responses are cleared each time - so it is the most recent experiences of youth and families that are examined.
To protect your privacy we do not collect your name. This means we can't respond to you about any comments made in the survey.
If you would like to talk to someone about your feedback, please contact Deb Goodman at the Child Welfare Institute at CAS of Toronto at 416-924-4640 extension 2792 or by email firstname.lastname@example.org
