The Citizens and Students Together (CAST), a coalition for community health, has posted a billboard designed by young people from Foster and Glocester, RI. CAST would like to know your thoughts about the billboard. Your responses are confidential. Five (5) lucky winners of a $50.00 gift card will be selected in a random drawing in early December.
