Thank you for taking this brief survey! The Workforce (WF) Readiness team is looking to partner with NC Readiness Council to create the Charlotte WF Readiness HR Council at CASHRM. Our objectives:

1- To establish a partnership between business and education that would be effective in helping HR students and transitioning individuals develop skills needed in today’s HR job market.
2- To strengthen collaboration and coordination between existing community partners in government, business and education for the most effective use of HR resources.
3- To make Charlotte’s HR workforce one of the best in the US.
