CARLI Library Staff Members: Reflections on Current Strategic Initiatives

All CARLI library staff members are invited to reflect on the current strategic initiatives (presented below 1-5) in order to help formulate the next (2023-2025) initiatives. Updated initiatives will be published in draft in early 2023.

There are currently five strategic initiatives, each including up to five specific, actionable goals. Please reflect on and evaluate each goal’s importance to your institution/library.
