* 10. Photo Permission: A photographer and videographer will be present at the face to face event. It is expected that schools have necessary permission for their students to have their photos taken or be filmed and these be used by the MAV. Teachers should provide MAV with the names of any students that do not wish to be photographed or filmed. *

Payment Information

On receipt of this registration form, MAV will make contact to confirm your registration. The venue has limited numbers and therefore completing this survey DOES NOT guarantee registration. Once your registration is confirmed then MAV will then issue an invoice for payment. 
We will check your school membership status and apply the correct rate.

Cancellation Policy - Cancellation of bookings on or prior to the advertised closing date will receive a full refund less the cancellation fee. All cancellations MUST be in writing and include any documentation already sent out. 

NO REFUNDS are available after the advertised closing date. Registrations may be changed into another persons name.
