Growth is the lifeblood of our organizations. This survey provides the fraternal movement with needed and relevant data on recruitment trends on college campuses across the country. We deeply appreciate your willingness to participate in this survey. We look forward to providing the fraternal community with a comprehensive report on campus growth.

As you take the survey please keep in mind the following things:
1) You should have ONE survey per institution. Please make sure that only one person is taking the survey from your office and doing so only once.

2) Please only take the survey if you are a professional that advises fraternity and sorority life on a college campus.

*If you would like a copy of the survey instrument, need us to check if your office has already taken the survey or need any other assistance with the survey please contact Dr. Colleen Melchiorre at colleen@phiredup.com

3) Phired Up recognizes the uniqueness of each individual community and values deeply the impact that so many umbrella organizations have on the fraternal movement. It is difficult to represent every single type of community, umbrella organization, and council make-up in a survey that seeks to provide aggregate data. We ask that you use the following definitions to categorize your community chapters:

Interfraternity (NIC and non-affiliated national men's organization)
NPC (women only, members of the National Panhellenic Conference)
Traditionally African-American Men's groups (NPHC, NIC or non-affiliated national/regional organization)
Traditionally African-American Women's groups (NPHC or non-affiliated national/regional organization)
Traditionally Latino/Hispanic Women's groups (NALFO, NMGC, or non-affiliated national/regional organization)
Traditionally Latino/Hispanic Men's groups (NALFO, NMGC, NIC or non-affiliated national/regional organization)
Traditionally Latino/Hispanic Co-ed groups (NALFO, NMGC, or non-affiliated national/regional organization)
Traditionally Asian/South Asian Men's groups (NAPA, NIC or non-affiliated national/regional organization)
Traditionally Asian/South Asian Women's groups (NAPA, or non-affiliated national/regional organization)
Traditionally Asian/South Asian Co-ed groups (NAPA, or non-affiliated national/regional organization)
Multicultural Men's groups (NMGC, NIC or non-affiliated national/regional organization)
Multicultural Women's groups (NMGC, or non-affiliated national/regional organization)
Multicultural Co-ed groups (NMGC, NIC or non-affiliated national/regional organization)
Local (Groups not represented by umbrella group or without multiple chapters or central governance)
Professional Fraternal Groups (PFA, or non-affiliated single sex or co-ed in nature, with an academic or professional focus)
Other (any groups that you are responsible for that do not fit under any other above categories)

Please select one category per organization, select the category that best fits the organization, please use their primary national membership if a part of more than one umbrella organization and please only represent organizations that your community advises. For instance, if you have a group that is a NAPA affiliated organization but is a member of the IFC and Multicultural Council on your campus, you would report their data under the category "Traditionally Asian/South Asian Men's groups (NAPA, NIC or non-affiliated national/regional organization)". If you have a group that is affiliated with the National Multicultural Greek Council but participates in NPHC council meetings, you would report their data under the category "Multicultural (gender) (NMGC, NIC or non-affiliated national/regional organization)". If you have an organization that is not a member of the NIC but participates in the IFC on campus, you would report their data under the category "Interfraternity (NIC and non-affiliated national men's organization)."
