The 3D Program is a unique program designed to introduce high school juniors to the construction industry.  Once enrolled in the program, students will learn about various career options ranging from building development and finance, to architecture, to construction management and skilled trades.  Students will attend a 5 day training program (Phase I), then progress into a seven week internship (Phase II).  Student will earn $12 per hour throughout Phase II.  After the internship, students will enter into the final phase of the program.  During this phase students will gain skills to prepare for the workforce.
