Background Information

Flone initiative is leading the establishment of Women in E-Mobility Network with support from GIZ’s Promotion of Electric Mobility in Kenya project. The project strengthens competencies and capacities for an enabling framework and market development for enhanced electric mobility uptake in Kenya.

The mentorship program aims to pair aspiring and early-career women professionals with women seasoned professionals in the e-mobility sector. The goal of this mentorship program is to enhance knowledge transfer for career development and progression, peer-to-peer exchanges and networking.
