Background Information

The Women in E-Mobility Network, convened by Flone Initiative, aims to attract, promote, and advance women professionals in the E-Mobility Sector. The network also provides a platform for networking, visibility, peer-to-peer exchanges, access to training opportunities, and engagement with stakeholders. The Network is supported by GIZ’s Promotion of Electric Mobility in Kenya project, which strengthens competencies and capacities for an enabling framework and market development for enhanced electric mobility uptake in Kenya.
The mentorship program aims to pair aspiring and early-career women professionals with women seasoned professionals in the e-mobility sector. The goal of this mentorship program is to enhance knowledge transfer for career development and progression, peer-to-peer exchanges and networking.
