Community Action, Inc (CAI) empowers individuals, families and communities to overcome poverty through education, training, advocacy, prevention and services to meet basic human needs. We offer hope and assistance with respect and understanding.
We are interested in getting input from people in the community--clients, service providers, staff, board members, and others--in order to improve the quality of our services. This anonymous survey will take no more than 15 minutes and will be extremely helpful as we assess our service quality and plan for the future.
We have both online surveys and paper surveys available for your convenience. Whether you complete an online or a paper survey PLEASE MAKE SURE TO FILL OUT ONLY ONE SURVEY PER PERSON.
