ANMF members have raised concerns with regards to workloads at Calvary Aged Care. The attached survey has been developed to enable members to provide information that will be deidentified and used to raise the concerns with Calvary Management. Please complete the following for every shift when workload and staffing issues occurred such as short staffing, skill mix (replacing ENs with RNs), missed or interrupted meal breaks, or where extra duties were asked. Ie ECA completing kitchen duties, laundry etc.. or if there was a risk to resident/staff safety.
