General Questions

The Opportunity
In the CACFP Roundtable's continuing effort to work with the CDSS to grow and strengthen the CACFP, we have a wonderful opportunity to provide the CDSS with Lessons Learned from the Public Health Emergency. The CACFP Roundtable and the CDSS have come together to create the following survey. The CDSS will use your responses to the survey when they meet with the USDA to discuss how the pandemic impacted the administration and operation of the CACFP at both the state and local level. So please take a few moments, approximately 10 minutes, to complete it.

Upcoming Pop-Up Event
Additionally, mark your calendars for April 18th at 2:00 p.m. and attend our CACFP Roundtable/CDSS Pop-Up to further discuss. This is a great opportunity to share our experiences with the CDSS and impact how the program can grow from this crisis.

About the Survey
You will notice, the survey asks about both administrative and on-the-ground experiences with the waivers. If you are a sponsor of the program with multiple sites, please consider sharing this survey with your sites/providers.

Most of the questions are open-ended; don't let this deter you from responding -- short or long answers are welcomed!

The survey is anonymous and individual responses will remain completely confidential. The CACFP Roundtable will not make individual responses available to any person or agency.

If you have any questions, you may contact us at hello@ccfproundtable.org.
