The State of Nevada wants to better understand how our Early Care and Education (ECE) Centers are using (or declining to use) the Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP).  We hope to identify any barriers or limitations to the program and develop strategies to overcome them. The goal of the study is to increase access to healthy and nutritious food for our children.

We hope you will complete this survey and share your thoughts about how our state could improve enrollment by addressing any barriers you see.  Each program completing a survey will be entered into a drawing to win an Amazon gift card.  One card will be awarded for every 25 surveys received.
