Cable Subscriber Response
We’ve been alerted by some cable subscribers that they are experiencing technical issues with some of the programming on our Brooklyn Public Network channels.
We know it’s a systematic problem, most often centered on broadcast in the areas served by Cablevision, but we want to know more about any technical problems you’ve seen yourself or heard about from others, no matter what company provides your cable.
In order to fully address these issues, we need your help identifying what problems viewers are having, where they are having them and when.
