The BMC is currently looking at defining our organisational values. This is the start of the process and some creative focus sessions have taken place with staff and BMC members during the AGM weekend. During these sessions the same values were identified by multiple individuals. We’d now like to know what our members think of the values which were identified in the creative sessions. The values listed in this survey are work in progress and we look forward to receiving member feedback.
