The Texas Cancer Registry (TCR) is pleased to offer our 2025 TCR Basic Training Webinar Series. This live webinar series is for Texas cancer reporters and will cover all reportable data items required by the National Cancer Institute’s Surveillance, Epidemiology, and End Results Program and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s National Program of Cancer Registries.
The training will cover information on the TCR and its operations, casefinding and follow-up, coding and staging standards for cancer registration, and solid tumor rules and treatment for cases diagnosed 2025 forward.
The live 3-week series will be conducted via webinar Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays beginning January 12, 2026, from 8:30 am to 11:30 am CST. No webinar will be presented on Monday, January 19th. A link will be sent to each registered participant before each session. Recordings and materials will be available on FLccSC after each session is completed.
There are no CEs applicable to this series. TCR will be sponsoring the 2026 Statewide Educational Program which will address the changes for 2026 and offer CEs April 8 and 9th, 2026.
